Refund Policy
At Graen, we aim for perfection, but we know that sometimes the universe (or a bumpy delivery van) has other plans. If your order didn’t arrive looking like a masterpiece, here is how we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Missing Bits
Did your order arrive looking like it went ten rounds with a heavy-weight boxer? Or is something suspiciously missing?Don't panic! Just give us a shout at support@graen.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. To help us play detective, please include:
- Your Order Number (the more digits, the better).
- A quick description of what went wonky.
- Photo evidence (it really helps us speed things up!).
We’ll jump into the ring with our suppliers to try and fix the issue. If we can’t wave a magic wand and solve it, we’ll happily refund the cost of the missing or damaged items.The "Not-So-Fun" Part: We put a lot of love into our service, so unfortunately, we can’t refund the original service fee.
The Money Talk
If a refund is on the cards, we can only send it back to the original payment method you used.While most refunds find their way home almost instantly, some banks like to take the scenic route. If your money hasn't shown up yet, give it up to 10 working days to complete its journey back to your wallet.Questions?
